About the ingredients :-

Psyllium Husk :– Psyllium husk is a herb found in India which has amazing health benefits. It is rich in soluble bulking fibre and expands in the colon once ingested making it able to clean and transport waste through the intestines. This soluble fibre is great for inducing a full-up feeling thus helping considerably with weight-loss and also for lowering bad cholesterol (LDL).

It’s a gentle form of fibre,unlike most fibre in the diet which comes from wheat bran which can be irritating to the gut for people with food intolerances or allergies.

Flaxseed powder :- Flaxseed is one of the best natural sources of Omega 3 fatty acids – an essential fatty acid missing from many people’s diets. Flaxseed is an excellent source of lignans – a plant fibre with disease fighting properties. Lignans also help to regulate hormone levels and relieve menopausal symptoms.

Fenugreek powder :- Fenugreek is a herb which is rich in antioxidants. Its seeds are high in protein, fibre and trace minerals.

Apple pectin :- Pectin is a naturally-occuring carbohydrate and is good at helping to lower  blood cholesterol levels. It provides a gentle form of fibre.

Rhubarb extract :– Rhubarb is a natural laxative as well as being anti-inflammatory . It is also a great stomach tonic and antiseptic and is used for liver, gallbladder and stomach disorders.

Prune juice extract :- Prunes contain high levels of antioxidants and fibre and act as a mild gentle laxative.

Broccoli powder :- Broccoli contains natural dietary fibre along with many essential nutrients such as vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin K, folate, magnesium and calcium. It contains naturally organic sulphur which is required by the liver for the production of bile and for detoxification.

Carrot powder :- Carrots are a great source of dietary fibre, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Fig fruit extract :- Figs are high in calcium, fibre, vitamin K and trace minerals. They have a laxative effect and contain antioxidants and pectin.

Rhubarb extract 30:1 (equivalent to 360mg rhubarb powder) – 12mg
